Equity in XL Millennium Travel is held by SAARP management, BEE partners and Millennium Travel staff. In 2004, XL Millennium Travel took steps to become compliant with the broad-based Black Economic Empowerment (BEE) Act, selling equity to BEE partners Mervyn and Brenda Cookson, who acquired 25.1% shareholding in XL Millennium Travel. Mervyn and Brenda are directors of the company.
